The office had a generalist legal practice approach in the first year and evolved to a specialist practice approach and went on to focus on the current practice areas.

Attorney at Law
Tihut Kassa Tilahun is a licensed Consultant and Attorney at law with nine years of experience in providing legal services. She specializes in commercial, Investment, employment, property law advisory services. And holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) from University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Laws from Haramaya University.
Tihut has worked on several legal advisories some of which are: advisory and facilitating establishment of new mining company; Iodized salt manufacturing partnership company; customs advisory service to a textile manufacturing company; advisory service to a Mobile phone manufacturing company; consultation to an international bid winner of government project during a dispute with the government of Ethiopia; consultation to a US based law firm whose client filed against the government of Ethiopia for unlawful expropriation; legal due diligence and advisory service for local and foreign investment partnerships; employment law advisory and representation and facilitation in the data collection of developing Ethiopian Investment Commission’s (EIC) iGuide internet platform through ECA and UNCTAD.
Ruth Wondimu

Ruth is an enthusiastic young lawyer with an in-house legal counsel in a business consultancy firm and then in a government financial share company. She now contributes her expertise in IP processing, reviewing and drafting contracts, writing due diligence reports, financial contracts compliance and execution, financial regulation and research to the office. Ruth holds her Master of Laws (LLM) from Addis Abeba University and her Bachelor of Laws from Dire Dawa University.
Hussien Woliyu
Associate
Hussein is a diversified young lawyer with experience ranging from criminal investigation and public prosecution to now writing memos, drafting legal documents, legal updates, advises on policy discourse and developments, regulatory government affairs, trade competition investigation and filing, drafting case briefs and precedent laws updates. He graduated with his Bachelor of laws (LLB) from Wolaita Sodo University and Masters of Arts (MA) from MekaneYesus Seminary College.
Abeba Seyoum
Associate
Abeba, known for her dedication, was previously an in house legal counsel at a private company operating in different investments and then she became a corporate legal regulatory and tax compliance private practice consultant. Her expertise includes regulatory due diligence investigation, employment law, regulatory compliance advisory, tax advisory, corporate governance, investment and commercial law advisory and share transactions. Abeba earned her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from St’ Mary University.
